Patient Participation Group

The patient participation group exists to encourage patients and the local community to contribute towards the successful running of the practice.

Doctors and staff at your surgery desire to provide the best possible service, within the stipulations of our contract with the Department of Health, and financial constraints.

Why was the patient participation group set up?

We are accountable to you. We own our business and intend to help the practice, and its population, grow over time. We invest profit into the practice.

This group allows us to inform you of the pressures that we are under, but more importantly, helps our patients to advise us on their needs.

How can I get involved?

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.

Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
