Changes to ordering your Repeat Prescriptions

Due to a system change, as of 1^st August 2025, the repeat medication ordering form via the practice website will no longer be available.

To order repeat medication, you will need to use the NHS App or bring your paper repeat slip to the practice.

NHS Help Guide leaflets are available in the waiting areas, from Dispensary and Reception.
