Changes to ordering your Repeat Prescriptions

Due to a system change, as of 1st August 2025, the repeat medication ordering form via the practice website will no longer be available.

To order repeat medication, you will need to use the NHS App or bring your paper repeat slip to the practice.

NHS Help Guide leaflets are available in the waiting areas, from Dispensary and Reception.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Temporary patients registration

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one, you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After, 14 days, you will need to register as a temporary patient using this form.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will need to be permanently registered at the practice to continue to receive treatment. To register as a permanent patient, please submit our new patient registration form.

We may not always accept you as a temporary patient however we will offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
