Changes to ordering your Repeat Prescriptions

Due to a system change, as of 1st August 2025, the repeat medication ordering form via the practice website will no longer be available.

To order repeat medication, you will need to use the NHS App or bring your paper repeat slip to the practice.

NHS Help Guide leaflets are available in the waiting areas, from Dispensary and Reception.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Long Term Conditions (LTCs)

LTCs include:

  • Hypertension
  • Diabetes, and Pre-Diabetes/Non-Diabetic Hyperglycaemia
  • Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke
  • Atrial Fibrillation
  • Heart Failure
  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Asthma
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Thyroid Disease

Everyone with an LTC requires an annual review that is specific to that condition. This will usually occur in your birthday month. Patients will be sent a text or letter requesting they book the necessary appointments. The appointment needs to be in the birthday month or as close as possible.
