The practice is part of the Norfolk and Waveney ICB and covers an area of approximately 8-10 mile radius. As long as you live within our practice boundary, you are welcome to register with us.

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- complete the NHS register with a GP surgery: Manor Farm Medical Centre online form
- fill out a temporary patients registration form online
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
