How Does QEH Communicate With You?

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital wants to hear how well it talks to patients about appointments, care and having a say in the site’s future.

Healthwatch Norfolk are working with The Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust in Kings Lynn to find out how people living in the area would like to be communicated with about their health, their hospital and how they could be involved in making changes.

People who live within the QEH catchment area can share their views with Healthwatch Norfolk by completing a survey. Healthwatch Norfolk want to hear from people who live in West Norfolk, South Lincolnshire or North East Cambridgeshire. Survey results will be used to shape the future of the hospital, particularly the way the hospital engages with its patients.

The survey can be found here: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/QEHCommunication Alternatively, you can request a print or Easy Read version of the survey by emailing enquiries@healthwatchnorfolk.co.uk or calling 0808 168 9669. You can also complete the survey if you are a paid or unpaid carer of someone who uses the hospital or lives nearby.

All responses will be anonymised and put into a report, which will be shared with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and be publicly available on our website.
