How to request an appointment

You can make an appointment during working hours in the following ways:

GP appointments are 10 minutes, this is for 1 condition only. Nurse & HCA appointments have allocated appointment times per procedure. If you have more than 1 condition to discuss with a GP or would like the Nurse/HCA to deal with another issue, you will need to book a longer appointment. You will be asked to rebook if necessary.

Urgent appointments

Every day we have an allocated amount of urgent appointment slots, which are to be booked by telephoning the surgery only. The appointment will be made with the doctor who is available on this day as we cannot guarantee you will see your usual doctor. The appointment may be at our Necton surgery.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
